Here is a cake recipe, that I came up with all on my own!! =]


Sam's Lemon Cake

Base: 1 Lemon cake mix
Layer 1: 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 c pwdr sugar
¼c sour cream
juice of 1 lemon (1/4 c)
Layer 2: 1 ¾c milk
1 Lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
Layer 3: 8 oz cool whip
Topping: zest of one lemon

Make cake in 13x9, according to package directions & let cool. Meanwhile combine milk and pudding mix, blend or whisk until slightly thickened. Refrigerate 15 min or until
completely thickened. Zest one lemon, set aside. Combine ingredients for layer 1, cream
until smooth. Layer cake. Starting with layer 1, then 2 and 3. Sprinkle zest on top.
Refrigerate until served.
